Easy Garlic Butter Chicken Recipe

1. Season the chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Make sure both sides are evenly coated.

2. Sear the chicken
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown.

3. Make the garlic butter sauce
Add butter to the same pan. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Spoon the garlic butter over the chicken while it cooks.

4. Simmer and serve
Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let it cook for another 3–4 minutes to keep the chicken juicy. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
