Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt + pepper. Sear in butter for 5 minutes on each side.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream + lemon juice. Stir well.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens. Add Parmesan if desired.
Serve with rice or pasta.
