Creamy Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt + pepper. Sear in butter for 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream + lemon juice. Stir well.
  4. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens. Add Parmesan if desired.
    Serve with rice or pasta.
